Hi Carl, and hello to all of our listeners out there. Tonight’s review is “Jurassic World: Dominion” it takes place four years after the previous movie, “Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom,” which opened in (2018).
Currently, dinosaurs live—and hunt—alongside humans all over the world.
Our heroes, Chris Pratt and Bryce Dallas Howard, are now dino- savior’s that live with their daughter off-the-grid, as they are all keeping a secret.
Twenty-nine years have passed since the release of Steven Spielberg’s “Jurassic Park,” with cast members Sam Neill, Laura Dern, and Jeff Goldblum; I’m pleased to say they make an appearance.
The Bottom-line? I’m out, two stars out of four. The scenes are disjointed; the film lacks heart as not enough focus is given to the main characters’ story. The dino scenes are repetitive and, at times, disgusting! I do not recommend taking small children.
Thanks so much for listening in tonight; I’m Sarah Knight Adamson, your Film and TV critic for Sarah’s Backstage Pass. Check out the website for interviews and written reviews.
